I always wished to live in a fairytale. I didn't want to grow up and become a serious grown up person as many of my friends. Probably, I will stay a child till the rest of my life and this is my happiness. Looking on the world as a child looks, I hope to bring some magic, that is hidden inside of me, in our everyday reality.

As many Teddy bear artists in Russia, I fell in love with Teddies after I visited "Wakhtanoff" Gallery of Irina Myzina in Moscow. I came there again and again to see these sweet bears and wonderful dolls. I always felt myself so inspired aftere these visits and a hidden smile was on my face.

Later I found "School of Dolls Design" of Svetlana Voskresenskaja. I took several lessons and learned how to design my own bears and how to create them by my hands.

The spring came and I took part in a special debut exhibition "Doll's BirthDay - 2003" (100Kb), which took place in a "Wakhtanoff" Gallery. My first bear "Ozornik Zhora" ("Funny Zhora") was dressed in a green wool sweater. According to Gallery rules I had to say the price for this bear, because visitors had an opportunity to buy any bear they liked. It was heartbreaking to me to sell this first bear and I said $150.00
During 3 days I was worried till death that someone will buy it (I knew that some people wanted to do it). I can honestly say that it is so sad for me to say "Bye-bye" to my bears even now. All of them seem to me so dear, so alive. I give away a part of my heart when someone adopt my bears.

"Funny Zhora" is still with me, sit on my couch now.

Here, on my site "Talulkiny Mishki" (which can be translated as "Talulka's Bears") I would like to show the world, other teddy bear artists and teddy bear collectors my cute creations.

My collection is growing with every day and if you like any bear of my collection, please, let me know and I will make a copy for you. Anyway, it won't be an exact copy. *A litle bit about Talulka's Bears*

All of my bears was designed by myself, so everyone has a unique character and individuality.

Usually I use mohair and ultra suede, also I like to experiment with other materials. My bears have glass eyes and hand-stitched noses.

All bears are 100% hand made. I do not accept the idea of making bears with sewing machine. When you make them by your hands, it is like you're giving a soul to a bear. Usually I talk to my bears during the process of sewing and I am sure it makes them alive :)
